About site measurement

We use aggregate counts to understand which pages help visitors find a part or contact DREF.

What the measurement feature records

The date, a known page identifier and an action count: page viewed, catalogue search with or without results, enquiry link clicked, form submitted to the delivery service or return to the thank-you page.

This feature does not set analytics cookies or record names, email addresses, IP addresses, form messages, machine serial numbers or the words entered into search. Aggregate counts are retained for up to 180 days. Hosting access logs are separate from this measurement feature.

What a count means

Counts represent browser events, not unique people or confirmed sales. A thank-you-page return does not prove an email reached the sales inbox.

Enquiry forms

When you send an enquiry, the details you enter are passed to FormSubmit for delivery to DREF. Use the form only for information needed to respond to your request. You can also email sales@drefcorp.com.
